OUR BUY BACK SERVICE

 

 

At MAYWA sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in being environmentally conscious and making a positive impact wherever possible.

Our plastic packaging is 100% recycled & carbon neutral and we use Royal Mail to ship our products. Royal Mail have the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major UK delivery company.

In addition to this we are now in a position to launch the MAYWA Buy Back platform - a service that allows all customers to return items that are in a saleable condition and have been purchased on our site. 

​

If you have items you’ve bought from MAYWA that you would like to list then please email info@maywaclothing.com with clear photos and/ or videos, along with your original order number. 

​

Once products are in our care and we have approved these are fit for sale we will then work with you on a 50/ 50 commission basis upon resale  (including splitting the cost of sending the garments back to us). All commission will be paid in the from of MAYWA store credit for your next purchase which is redeemable against any items on our website. 

​

In addition to selling premium quality clothing in small quantities, we hope that by implementing a circular aspect to our platform that we can continue to affect positive change within the industry. We also love the idea that our pieces are given a new lease of life after your little one has grown out of them.
