Our estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
Free UK standard shipping on all orders over £50!
UK Standard tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - £4.50
2-4 working days
Please note in strike periods we will send your parcel via priority delivery as standard and at no extra cost, to try and minimize delays :)
If your order is urgent please DM us or send us an email and we will do everything we can to get you your items in time.
We now offer International shipping!
Europe - charged at £12.50 per order for a standard weight parcel
3-5 working days (please note that we ship via Royal Mail and this shipping time is a guide)
Rest of World- charged at £19.50 per order for a standard weight parcel
5-10 working days (please note that we ship via Royal Mail and this shipping time is a guide)
For purchases made outside of the United Kingdom please bare in mind that you may be required to pay duty tax on receipt of your order. Please be aware of the possible charges you may incur to access your goods.
We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible, during busy periods this can sometimes take up to 4 working days from the time of your purchase. Our delivery time frame starts from the moment your order is fulfilled and has an assigned tracking number.

In the event that you decide to return any items in your order we are happy to exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email if you are planning to return something so we are aware that your products are on the way back to us.
We advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return any items as we are unable to refund for any orders that get lost in transit, please also keep your proof of postage documents until we confirm that we have received the item.

Please be aware that we cannot accept items that have been worn or items that have had the tags removed, unless the item is faulty (goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where we are notified of a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty). Please inform us within 7 days of delivery if an item is faulty. Please note that exchange of goods is subject to availability and you will receive a full refund or store credit if the item cannot be replaced.
Sale items (including those purchased during flash sales) cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued or an exchange offered if sale goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
