Rental FAQ's

If your pieces arrive and they don't fit, simply send these back via the pre paid return label and we will refund you the rental fee.

Please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items if they do not fit and send back to us the following day,

Don't worry, please get in touch with us via email and we will find a suitable solution.

If you are late returning an item this can cause disruption to the next rental customer. Items that are returned later than the agreed period will incur a loss of deposit.

Sustainability is at the heart of our rental platform and our ethos is all about sharing the love and giving garments the longest possible life! We therefore ask you to treat our luxury garments as if they were your own so that as many little ones as possihble can enjoy wearing them after you.

Please avoid washing the garment if possible. If you do need to wash please hand wash these at home.

Rental items are dry cleaned between bookings to ensure they are in tip top condition when they reach you. Due to the delicate nature of our dresses and rompers,  please avoid washing the items when they are in your care unless absolutley necessary.
